PADI's Bubblemaker program is a shallow, confined-water introduction to scuba built for younger divers who aren't old enough yet for a full certification course but are old enough to be curious about what's under the surface.
An instructor stays within arm's reach the entire time, in water shallow enough to stand in, focused on comfort and fun over skills drills. It's often a young diver's first taste of the sport before working toward Junior Open Water later.
