Napaling is a wall dive on Panglao's coast, starting shallow over a coral garden before dropping to 20–30m along the drop-off. It's known above all for its sardine run — a dense school that hangs along the wall and parts around divers swimming through it.
Beyond the sardines, look for moray eels, scorpionfish, and octopus tucked into the reef. Visibility here regularly reaches 30m, which is part of why it's a favorite for underwater photography.
